“ Had a delicious breakfast here - good quality ingredients and cooked perfectly, plus great coffee. My husband is quite (very) fussy about his flat white coffee but he was happy with this one! There are lots of staff working and the food came quickly and with a friendly manner. Thank you, nicely full now. ... ”
“ The service was phenomenal! The staff were lovely and the food came out so quick! Food was good and good portion sizes too Really really lovely little breakfast/brunch place. In the cosy corner with a great view of kingsmead square out the windows. I will definitely be coming here again ”
“ Had a great classic breakfast on a Sunday morning. Ate at a table inside. Great tasting coffee and the food was delicious. Good, friendly, prompt service ”
“ Enjoyable breakfast early on a Saturday morning so getting a table wasn't an issue. Order for drinks and food were taken promptly, not in a speedy way, but they clearly knew we were there, and made sure they attended to us efficiently. Great flat whites here, really tasty fry up and a nice decor as well. Lovely white bloomer for the toast as well, it stood out despite everything else being nice! Friendly staff, it's in a decent location for getting about afterwards...... Well worth a visit. ”
“ After wandering around Bath looking for somewhere that did all-day breakfast, we discovered The Kingsmead Kitchen! It was everything we wanted & more! The breakfasts were delicious, as were the tea, hot chocolate orange & apple juice! The staff were charming & so helpful. The background music was an added bonus - not intrusive at all, but a wonderful mix of songs that made this vintage gal very happy! Next time I visit Bath, I will come back. ”
“ It was early morning in Bath, and I needed breakfast. I wasn’t sure where to go, so I took a chance on this place, and I’m glad I did! The staff were welcoming and quickly set up a table for me. As soon as I decided what I wanted, they were right on it, all while making sure other guests were happy with their meals and keeping the outdoor area and tables clean for new customers. Yes, that’s standard, but the pace they were working at, and how quietly they managed it, despite carrying loads of plates and cutlery, was genuinely impressive. You usually expect a bit of noise with all that, but the calm atmosphere was a really nice touch. The only thing I’ll note is that a couple of staff members seemed a bit moody, but that could’ve been down to a long week or just an off day. When the food arrived, I can honestly say it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. The bacon looked crispy and was exactly how I’d asked, crispy on the edges but still soft. The eggs had perfectly runny yolks, and the bread was both crispy and soft, making the whole meal easy and enjoyable to eat. Not a single struggle! Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back if I’m ever in the area again around breakfast time. It was just delightful. And as a side note, considering I live in London, I thought the prices were totally reasonable. No complaints there! ”
“ Had a full English and flat white. Delicious! The homemade potatoes and boar sausage were amazing, and the eggs were some of the best I’ve had. Very good coffee, too! ”
“ Lovely place, rolled up with our 10 month old twins and were happily welcomed, furniture shifted to accommodate high chairs and very accommodating. Then there is the food! Delicious and fresh. Certainly recommend. ”
